Saif Ali Khan has joined the bandwagon of Bollywood bigwigs condemning Indian nationalist party’s call to ban Pakistani actors.
In an interview with The Indian Express, the Phantom star extended his support to all Pakistani artists saying they not only spread talent but peace and love. Saif was asked whether he is in favour of banning or encouraging Pakistani artists to work in India to which he replied, “It should be encouraged.”
“The world is open to our film industry and our film industry is open to talents from around the world especially cross border. We are artists who talk about love and peace,” he added.

However, he believes the final decision depends on the government. “The government has to decide these things. The government must make decisions about law and order and who is allowed and who isn’t,” he said.
