HONG KONG: Hong Kong and Shanghai finished the morning session higher Wednesday, tracking another global rally following a record close on Wall Street.
The Hang Seng Index rose 0.52 percent, or 110.79 points, to close at 21,335.53.
And the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index rose 0.36 percent, or 11.07 points to 3,060.45, while the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China’s second exchange, gained 0.74 percent, or 14.89 points, to 2,039.91.
