TEHRAN: The 24th International Holy Qur’an Exhibition was inaugurated in a ceremony attended by Iran’s Culture Minister Ali Jannati in Tehran, the capital of Islamic Republic Iran.
Apart from Iran specialists and artists from Iraq, Tajikistan, Pakistan, Bahrain, Syria, Lebanon, Russia, Azerbaijan, Germany and Turkey are also taking part in workshops and expert-level meetings on the sidelines of the exhibition.
“This year’s exhibition includes a number of sections such as academic, children and teenagers, Qur’anic activities, seminaries, women among others,” Iran Daily reported.
The international section, which is scheduled for the second week of the event, will be attended by 50 academic and art figures.
The 24th edition of International Holy Qur’an Exhibition will continue until June 28.
