DADU: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has said that Minister Imdad Pitafi should not have used insulting language for MPA Nusrat Sahar Abbasi in the Sindh Assembly.
He said action would be taken against the minister as Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman Bilwal Bhutto-Zardari had taken notice of the matter.
Addressing public gatherings at the villages of Nanagr Khan Birhmani and Ali Hassan Shahani in taluka Sehwan Sharif on Sunday, he said the PPP government had been serving the people of the province for the past nine years.
He said the PPP was a public party and it had started preparations for the forthcoming general elections. He said the government paid attention to complete all development projects in Sindh. Social sectors, education and health were on the priority of the government, he added.
He said the Sindh government had not received any reply about the lists and names of Madressahs sent to the federal interior ministry. Another letter was also written to the ministry, he said.
He said the original face of the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) had been exposed in public.
He said the PTI leadership had visited Sindh, but they had stopped their activities because the people of the province had rejected the PTI in Sindh completely.
He said the PPP was the future of Pakistan and four demands of the PPP chairman were for the protection of democracy and Pakistan. When the government failed to accept the four PPP demands, a struggle against the federal government was launched from Punjab by the PPP, he added.
He said the drive would be continued against the PML-N government in all parts of country.
He said the PPP would form the next government in federation and all provinces under the leadership of Bilwal and Asif Ali Zardari after winning all seats in the country in majority.
He said the Panama case was in the court and the court would soon announce its decision, adding that the accountability of Nawaz Sharif would be held over Panama matter.
He said Chaudhary Nissar was a failed interior minister and he was not in favour of Nawaz Sharif, therefore, he (Nisar) was issuing statements against the PPP and its leadership.
He said the Karachi operation was continued and peace had been established in the city. Till eradication of terrorism, the Karachi operation would be continued.
About an end to shortage of irrigation water, he said remodelling of Dadu canal would be started soon and the issue would be resolved in taluka Sehwan.
The CM visited the villages of Wahur, Abad and Dohri of the union council of Wahur, met delegations of notables and directed the officials concerned to resolve their issues.
He was accompanied by local PPP leaders Sardar Sikandar Rahpoto, Amanullah Shahani, Syed Mohammad Shah, Sardar Adam Khan Bhand, Mumtaz Bhand, Syed Asif Ali Shah and Adam Maingal.
