Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif inaugurated the Sangla Hill Interchange at Pindi Bhattian-Faisalabad Motorway on Friday.
“Pakistan’s path to progress won’t stop because people are with us and they will not support those who want to derail the country’s progress.” The prime minister asked the people to hold those accountable “who are hindering the country’s progress.”
PM Nawaz also announced to provide the natural gas facility to the people of Sangla. “Do you want Sui gas? We will give you that as well,” the premier said.

Further, taking a hit at Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) regime, the prime minister said the previous governments even looted the money of the pilgrims. “Today, the pilgrims are happy because they are getting better services.”
Sangla Hill Interchange
The three-point 7-kilometer-long interchange comprises two toll plazas and a building for traffic control has been completed at a cost of about Rs200 million, according to Radio Pakistan.
The interchange will give easy access to hundreds of thousands of people of the Sangla Hill city and the nearby areas to Lahore, Islamabad, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Jhang, and Chiniot. Besides providing easy travelling facilities the project will pave the way for economic prosperity through agricultural and industrial development.
